This is another in the large range of pieces for the Zvezda Art of Tactic game system. The 76mm Infantry gun was produced in large numbers and widely used throughout the war, so this is a useful weapon for your Soviet armies. Judging by photos this is a pretty accurate model, and does come in a fair number of pieces, but we found it is bit more difficult to put together than we would have expected. The very minimal two crew also come in several parts. One is handling the gun, and doing so very realistically (a rarity in artillery sets) by virtue of having separate arms to improve the pose. The other man is in more traditional pose of holding a shell, but both are fine. They both suffer from some lack of detail at the front, but look to wear standard Soviet uniform including puttees and the pilotka cap. The crew have no bases, but the whole ensemble can be based together as a single game piece as shown here. The overall model is pretty good and adds to the increasingly good range of Soviet artillery available in this hobby.
