There is really not much to say about this one. It’s a mammoth, and if you were expecting some expert analysis of what mammoths looked like when they roamed the Earth between 5 million and 4,500 years ago then you are forgetting this is a soldier website. It stands 46mm tall (3.3 metres) at the shoulder, and comes complete apart from the tusks, which are separate and need to be glued in place, which is easy enough. It looks good to us, and represents by far the oldest thing we have ever featured on this site!
