As a site devoted to figures we don’t usually include this sort of kit, but as it is part of the HaT figure range it is here simply for completeness.

The Deport 75mm 1911 Field Gun was an excellent field gun used by the Italians throughout World War I and well into World War II. It was revolutionary in that it was the first to have a split trail, which gave many advantages and became a standard feature in all later guns. This model is very nicely done, made of a hard plastic and quite easy to put together. From various photographs it seems to be very accurate with relatively little simplification, and makes a very satisfying little model.
